Below are a selection of short videos of points often made in my lessons. Remember some relate to feelings which give position rather than requiring you to copy a stationary position. Many misunderstandings on the golf swing have come from still photos and film. Sometimes the way top players find these positions is not so simple as copying what they have seen on a photo. I hope you can get something out of these tips and improve your game. Book your next golf lesson here!

The 10 point drill is a good place to start checking your golf swing.

A straight left arm is the foundation of a good golf swing.

Align your swing to the target not your feet.

Sometimes we are so preoccupied by our golf swing we forget to hit the ball! Don’t forget to swing the club from your wrists as well as the other movements you make with your arms, body and legs.

How you grip the club will have an impact on all other movements in the swing.

Swing plane is key to get maximum performance from your swing.

What do the wrists do on the backswing?

How and when to shift your weight during the full swing.

Why you shouldn’t try to keep your head down.

The Putting stroke

Practice how to read the green, leave your putts on the hight side and always pass the hole, improve these points and you will have less putts, guaranteed!

My teaching is based on lessons with Tom Tomasello in South Carolina in 91-92.

Turn into your left arm instead of throwing it towards the target.
